The issue is... Art
Today seems to be a good day for my blog.
Okay, for me (for the working part of me) as well, since today, finally, after many weeks of fruitless toiling, I managed to get my NDI Polaris 3D infrared localizer camera to track marked tools. This is a great step towards a new era in the RONAF project!
Back to the issue. The issue is... Art.
Yesterday saw me working on a major (in terms of size) piece of art, namely a pop-art nude painting. Although my place (i.e. HA5) is large, it is not large enough anymore to house this painting, therefore I hung it up in my office in GSP.
Oh, and while I'm at it, I document another poster in our office - it is not actually originally ours, but indeed we stole an ad from HVB or something (a bank) and modified it slightly - to be more socio-economically compatible with the critial view of one of our colleagues.

Philipp hat an den vergangenen Abenden klammheimlich zu Hause ein Gemälde erstellt, das man als moderne Kunst bezeichnen könnte. Nach dem Essen holten wir zu zweit das riesige Bild aus dem Kofferraum von Smørebrød. Da an der Wand über Philipps Schreibtisch nicht mehr genug Platz war, hängten wir es über meinen Arbeitsplatz.
Stefan, Dabbeliu, Tekkno, Tun und ich rätselten herum, was auf dem Gemälde zu sehen ist. Es schien ein Aktfoto zu sein, wenngleich man einiges an Fantasie benötigte um einzelne Körperteile auszumachen. Björns Kommentar war der banausigste von allen: Björn, im Vorübergehen einen kurzen Blick in unser Büro werfend, in leicht verächtlichem Tonfall: "Was soll das denn sein?"
